Atualizado durante Assembleia Geral, ocorrida no dia 22 de março de 2018, o estatuto do Centro das Indústrias do Estado da Bahia (CIEB) apresenta detalhadamente os direitos e obrigações da endade e das empresas por ela representadas, de modo a regular as relações entre as partes. Além do regramento geral e descrição das avidades do CIEB, o documento apresenta as normas que disciplinam a eleição e posse da Diretoria e do Conselho Fiscal.
